No matter where you are in the world – the sacredness of life is a consistent biblical imperative. Anglicans for Life, headquartered outside Pittsburgh,  Pennsylvania exists to help the global Anglican Communion uphold the sanctity of life from the moment of conception to natural death.

We are honoured to host this special Canada webpage dedicated to serving our Canadian brothers and sisters who partner in the Gospel of Life, seeking to protect, honour, and celebrate every life at every stage.

Anglicans for Life is the only global Anglican ministry dedicated to inspiring the Anglican Church to understand and compassionately apply God’s Word when addressing abortion, abstinence, adoption, euthanasia, and embryonic stem cell research.

Introducing – Project Life Canada

And in February of this year our Supreme Court overturned the existing law prohibiting assisted suicide, leaving our elderly and vulnerable at risk. These stories are disturbing and distressing—but they also serve to remind us that life issues are not just philosophical debates about when life begins or ends, nor are they political issues to be debated amongst our elected officials. We, as the Church in Canada, need to be informed and ready to act on life issues in our congregations and communities.
